Virginia Lung is co-founder of One Plus Partnership & Pulse On Partnership. After she was graduated from University of Oregon with a Bachelor in Interior Architecture, she has been dedicated herself into interior design industry. After working as a interior designer in industry for several years, she decided to open up her interior design firm and keep contributing to the industry. One Plus Partnership Ltd is a Hong Kong-based interior design firm established in 2004 by directors Ajax Law and Virginia Lung. They designed variety of projects, including cinemas and other venues such as restaurants, stores, clubhouses, sales offices and offices. Every project One Plus designed must be THEME DRIVEN, which means designers will search for a theme matches the project and trying to involve related elements into every details. Their goal is to surmount previous project designed, they are aiming to be as unique as possible, be the one and only design in the world. Over the past 17 years, One Plus has been awarded more than 750 international interior design awards globally.
In many years of hardworking and determination, Virginia has gained her reputation internationally. She has been the judge in various international interior design competitions. She was one of the jury panelists for the German Design Award from 2019, INSIDE Festival of Interiors (UK), NeoCon (US), K-Design Award (South Korea) and D&AD (UK). Her projects were exhibited internationally, including Venice Biennale 2016. She has also been invited to give a talk for TEDx event and for lectures worldwide e.g. USA, Qatar, Germany, Malaysia and Japan. She was among one of the eleven winners of the 4th Hong Kong Creativity Industries Award 2019. In 2020, she was announced as one of the Hon Presidents of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Southern District Association and received the Emerald Medal.
