She is currently leading the design and development of the dedicated Interior Design studio at Buckley Gray Yeoman where her current projects include a series of UK and international hospitality, retail and residential projects. Her design approach is informed by a deep desire to trigger an emotional response to the spaces she designs. She has demonstrated the value of sustained and collaborative client relationships with long-standing and valued partnerships. In the last two years she has worked hard with clients to transition projects through issues that Covid 19 has thrown up and in 2021, A Future of Hospitality piece featured in Mix Magazine where Jane outlined some key ideas she and the team had been looking at. Jane champions the role of women in the design industry and currently oversees a team of talented young female designers. She provides oversight, management and concept leadership on projects to inspire the team to challenge themselves and push the boundaries of what is expected to providing something extraordinary. In 2020, despite the challenges of the pandemic, Jane ensured the Interior design team found new ways of working to deftly respond to clients and projects at short notice whilst upholding Buckley Gray Yeoman’s practice culture and maintaining design excellence and technical competence. She mentors designers by sharing her instinct and insisting on a commitment to detail, altogether ensuring her clients’ briefs are delivered carefully, methodically and beautifully. Some of her current projects are: a new 5 Star luxury hotel in Mayfair, a gallery for New York brand Apparatus in Mayfair and a long stay hotel brand in Barcelona.
